The campsite reservation system is a self-serve function that allows you to reserve campsites for the Fergus Truck Show. For information regarding check-in dates and times please refer to the Camping Information page.
There are three steps to the process of selecting and paying for your campsite(s).
Step one is to choose the site(s) that you want to book. To do this, click on an available site from the map below. Available sites are shown with a white background and can be selected. Sites shown in amber have been selected by another user and are in the process of being paid for. Sites in green are sites that you have selected. Sites in red are booked and sites in black are reserved for Festival use for contractual obligations.
There are some sites with electricity -- check the map. You are also required to buy at least one grounds pass for each campsite you reserve. Note that all persons on the grounds must have a grounds pass.
Step three is payment. You can use Visa or Master Card to pay for your campsite(s). Payment will be made on a secure, encrypted page. Note: Visa cardholders should have their Verified by Visa password. If you do not know it or do not have one, you can call the number listed on the back of your card.

Many other people will be booking sites at the same time as you are. Once you have selected sites, you have about 15 minutes to complete the transaction or your selected sites could be released to other users. Please have your credit card information available BEFORE you start.
The site map / site selection page is only accurate as regards the availabilty of sites at the time that you displayed the page. If you select a site that someone else has selected between the time you displayed the page and the time you selected the site, you may be told that the site is no longer available.
Remember that this is a first come, first served system.
